Specialist Architect – Education Sector

Know-how

More than 20 years specialist experience in the Education sector.

IID Architects’ reputation as UK leaders in Education design is based on their ability to balance the practicalities (budget, sustainability, school requirements, legislation and guidance on the technical standards in schools and higher education) with aesthetics and to deliver educational architectural services from inception to completion. IID’s designs inspire students to study, think, act and work creatively by bringing together the worlds of design, science, technology and engineering into one innovative place. All school clients have their own approach and vision for their pupils – IID Architects ensure this is understood and supported by meeting senior leadership, undertaking student and staff ‘shadowing’ days, and consulting with staff, governing bodies, parents and pupils. IID’s expertise in master planning means that they always view a site holistically and design with the client’s future needs in mind.
